Admission Procedure
ASVP,JHARSUGUDA
General Admission:
Academic year commences on first April and ends on 31st march of the following year.
Registration for admission from nursery to VIII opens from 1st January.
Admission form must be filled out with utmost care by parents or guardians.
The date of birth recorded on the admission form cannot be changed later.
Age –Nursery (3yrs), LKG (4yrs),UKG - (5yrs) Class I- (6yrs).
Documents required for admission:
- Date of birth certificate (1 copy).
- Adhar Card (1 copy each) of the child and the parents.
- Transfer Certificate /School leaving certificate in original (If coming from other schools for class 2 or above).
- Four Nos. of passport size photographs.
Mode Of Payment:
The payments are made in cash only.
NB: Please note that fees is non refundable under any circumstance.
Admission Under RTE Act:
- 25%of the seats for admission into class-1 are reserved for SC, ST, SEBC and Disadvantaged section of the society as per RTE norms.
- Out of 25%, 15% seats are reserved for ST, ST, SEBC and other children without home and settled place, found begging, child labour and street children.
- 10% of seats are reserved for BPL cardholders.
Documents required for admission under RTE Act:
- A copy of Birth Certificate.
- Three Nos. of (colour) passport size photographs.
- A copy of Adhar Card.
- A copy of cast certificate (in case of SC, ST and SEBC only).
- A copy of BPL card (in case of BPL category only).
- A copy of residence certificate(in case of ST, SC, and SEBC only).
- A copy of income certificate.
